Production Engineer

• Participate in production management activities such as incident change and problem management as well as work with various teams for metrics-based tracking, planning, risk & mitigation, and certification support for multiple top clients.
• Implement plan reviews, change submissions in the interest of change success and hygiene along with improving resiliency and availability for your platforms.
• Closely work with multiple production assurance teams and maintain production run books, change registers, automations, improvements, and perform impact/root cause analysis for production issues.
• You will have the opportunity to work with the best talent in the industry and provide production support for innovative, high quality and largest financial solutions to meet our clients’ business needs.
• Proactive monitoring using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Moogsoft.
