About the role
- Carrying out on-site maintenance, repair and commissioning work
- Diagnosing and resolving technical faults directly at the customer's site
- Providing technical advice and training to our customers on-site
- Documenting service visits and maintaining customer records in the system
- Close collaboration with the technical customer service team
- Field-based role — primarily nationwide (Germany), international assignments possible
Requirements
- Completed technical training (e.g., mechatronics technician, electrician, automotive mechatronics technician or equivalent)
- Experience in customer service or in the maintenance of machines and systems
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Driving licence (Class B)
