About the role
- You ensure that Artificial Intelligence delivers real value in day-to-day operations at FiSCHER.
- By integrating AI solutions into our commercial and operational processes, you improve workflows, reduce manual tasks, and generate measurable efficiency gains.
- Integration and adaptation of AI systems into company-wide processes, particularly in ERP, Sales, Procurement, Service, Accounting, HR, and Logistics
- Development, implementation, and operation of interfaces as well as backend and integration solutions
- Analysis of existing business processes and identification of concrete automation and optimization opportunities
- Close collaboration with business units to implement AI-supported solutions in a practical, useable way
- Documentation and continuous improvement of the implemented integrations
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics or vocational training as an IT Specialist in Application Development with commercial experience
- Experience in developing integration and automation solutions, ideally with tools like n8n or comparable platforms
- Experience working with databases, particularly in writing queries
- Strong commercial understanding and the ability to comprehensively grasp business processes
- Structured, independent working style with high resilience to errors and a strong willingness to learn
- Team player with initiative and openness to new technologies and ways of working
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
