Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end treasury management system implementations and optimization engagements
Partner with clients to define business goals, requirements, and data models across treasury and risk functions
Design scalable solutions supporting cash management, liquidity forecasting, payments, and financial risk
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and technical solution requirements
Oversee system configuration, integrations, and data flows to ensure alignment with client objectives
Lead full testing lifecycle including unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing
Advise clients on industry best practices, regulatory considerations, and process improvements
Act as primary liaison across client stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party providers
Manage workstreams or full engagements, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and client outcomes
Support sales and pre-sales activities through solution design and subject matter expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong expertise in treasury management, cash operations, or financial risk management
Experience implementing or optimizing treasury or financial technology platforms
Advanced knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC), implementation methodologies, and solution design
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, data models, and scalable solutions
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence executive and technical audiences
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
