About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform various duties in the Deposit Operations Department
- Interact and provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers; through active listening, problem solving, and teaching via the telephone, email, or in person interaction; maintaining a professional, courteous, and confidential demeanor always
- Assist both external and internal customers (customers and employees of FFB) with a wide array of potential issues, questions, and concerns in a diplomatic and professional manner
- Adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations
- Adhere to all FFB Procedures and Policies established
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associates degree preferred
- 2 years of financial industry and 2 years equivalent work experience
- Progressive training and experience with Bank services, general clerical experience
- Experience working with reports and large datasets
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Technological proficiency
