Key responsibilities & impact

24x7 support for Production & Non Production Couchbase Database Environment
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Couchbase clusters across environments
Monitor Cluster health, proactively identify and mitigate issues
Configure and manage backup and restore processes using Couchbase Backup Service or supported tools
Supports DR exercises, security remediation, major client migrations, and releases
Work closely with application, infrastructure, and SRE teams to maintain SLA compliance and ensure uninterrupted services for global Capital Market clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 6 Years of experience in Couchbase database administration
Hands on experience managing Couchbase clusters in production environments
Skilled in Couchbase cluster administration, bucket and index management, backup and recovery, upgrades, troubleshooting performance issues
Good understanding of Unix OS & Shell Scripting
Knowledge on MongoDB database and operational support for MongoDB environments (replica sets, sharding, MongoDB Backup & restore concepts)
