About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a primary implementation resource, resolving issues and guiding clients through system conversions.
Analyze client data, workflows, forms, and reports to define system and data requirements.
Design treasury business processes aligned to industry standards and client operating models.
Develop detailed data mapping and transaction workflow documentation for field‑level accuracy.
Configure solutions and execute system testing to validate client‑specific requirements.
Lead readiness and checkpoint reviews to ensure successful conversion milestones.
Deliver client training on system functionality, setup, and operational procedures.
Provide post‑implementation support to optimize configuration and ongoing system use.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality implementation outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in technology consulting, software implementation, or business process optimization
Ability to manage complex implementations with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
Strong skills translating business requirements into technical and functional specifications
Proficiency in data analysis, validation, and reconciliation across financial systems
Demonstrated problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills with a client‑focused approach
