Key responsibilities & impact

Lead architecture and design of scalable, secure, high‑availability software solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical strategies and executable roadmaps.
Drive hands‑on development of production‑grade code using modern engineering practices.
Mentor and coach engineers, setting standards for code quality and engineering excellence.
Partner with product, quality, and operations teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
Demonstrated experience designing distributed, scalable software systems
Strong knowledge of software architecture, data structures, and design patterns
Experience leading technical teams or serving as a technical authority
Expertise with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
Solid understanding of secure coding practices and system reliability principles
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a skills‑based equivalent.
