About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Stand up an end-to-end AI product operating model from ideation to launch
Create practical standards for responsible AI
Identify high-value opportunities to replace manual workflows with intelligent automation and decision support
Define product requirements and user experiences for AI capabilities (e.g., copilots, agentic workflows, smart recommendations, intelligent document processing, predictive insights)
Translate customer, prospect, and market insights into AI product strategy and differentiated value propositions
Partner with Sales/PreSales/Marketing/Client Experience to support win strategies, product positioning, demos, and proposals
Define product success metrics (adoption, conversion, retention, workflow time saved, accuracy/quality, risk reduction, client satisfaction)

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in product management in fintech, financial services, SaaS, and/or enterprise software
Experience in commercial lending / credit / risk / capital markets domains
Proven ability to drive commercial product outcomes (growth, adoption, retention, competitive differentiation)
Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts as applied to products
Demonstrated financial acumen with experience owning or contributing to product P&L, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis to guide product investment and roadmap decisions
Strong product discovery skills: customer interviews, problem framing, opportunity sizing, and prioritization
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, finance, or equivalent experience.
