About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide staff‑augmentation support to the bank, working under the direction of client leadership to support business‑as‑usual (BAU) operations and ongoing enhancements
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements, defect remediation, regulatory changes, and process improvements
- Produce and maintain functional documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and traceability artifacts
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented
- Support impact analysis for proposed changes, enhancements, and releases within the banking environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems as well as application development
- Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language (UML)
- An understanding of appropriate application programming languages
- A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience
