About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Debit and ATM capabilities, aligning business objectives, client needs, and market trends.
- Gather and prioritize requirements by partnering with clients, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure solutions deliver measurable value.
- Translate market insights, client feedback, and regulatory requirements into clear product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with technology and operations teams to drive end-to-end product delivery, ensuring quality, performance, and system availability.
- Define and communicate the business case for product initiatives, clearly articulating the value, trade-offs, and expected outcomes.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs and metrics, identifying opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and user experience.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, network capabilities, and alternative payment credentials to inform future debit and ATM enhancements.
- Act as a product evangelist, ensuring teams understand the why behind priorities and decisions, and how they connect to client and business value.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong expertise in Debit and ATM processing, including settlement and operational flows.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with technology, operations, value-added services, and business partners to deliver complex products.
- Ability to think end-to-end across systems and customer journeys, balancing short-term delivery with long-term product evolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear product decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
