About the role
- Own and execute the end-to-end Commercial Coordinator (CoCo) process for the organization’s most complex, multi-faceted commercial opportunities
- Identify opportunities to modernize how the Pricing organization operates, introducing new ideas, frameworks, and capabilities that improve speed, simplicity, transparency, and consistency.
- Evaluate, pilot, and integrate AI-powered tools that automate manual work, enhance analysis, improve data quality, accelerate deal support, and strengthen decision-making across teams.
- Lead initiatives that redesign workflows, streamline handoffs, eliminate inefficiencies, and create reusable templates, structures, and documentation that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with Strategy, Deal Desk, Operations, and cross-functional teams to improve pricing systems, data models, automation, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
- Act as a central point linking Strategy, Deal Desk, Operations & Enablement, Sales, Solution Management, and Finance, ensuring insights, standards, and innovations are adopted, scaled, and sustained.
Requirements
- +4 years of experience in fintech industry, finance, product, strategy, pricing, program management or consulting
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and accelerate operational execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills with ability to understanding drivers and impacts.
- Fast learner with intellectual capacity to function in a highly complex global organization.
- Highly organized, proactive, tenacious, and detail oriented.
- Ability to exercise sound business judgment in decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Strong sense of integrity and ethics.
