About the role
- Handle inbound telephone and written inquiries from customers and consultants, ranging from routine to complex.
- Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Adhere to quality standards and perform any required quality control tasks.
- Verify customer orders and carry out any necessary follow-up processing.
- Escalate complex cases and manage customer complaints.
- Participate in projects to support company objectives and improve processes.
Requirements
- Languages: Fluent German (minimum C1) and strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience in finance or customer service is advantageous.
- High attention to detail, quality focus and customer service orientation.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and resilience while maintaining customer focus.
