About the role
- Provide robust financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making across supply chain functions.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting tools.
- Lead weekly and monthly financial reviews, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights.
- Design and deliver ad hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics to address emerging business needs.
- Ensure data integrity across financial platforms and establish trusted sources of truth for analysis.
- Identify and champion strategic process improvements across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Drive adoption of automation and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster alignment and build consensus around cost control initiatives.
- Lead the review and rationalization of supply chain applications, developing a long-term roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and whitespace opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain finance, strategy, or operations leadership.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
- Python, Power BI, Power Automate expertise
