About the role
- Gather, analyze, and validate business and user requirements
- Translate requirements into functional specifications
- Collaborate with clients and BPaaS Operations teams
- Document business requirements clearly
- Provide analytical support by coordinating data extraction

- Partner with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and other stakeholders
- Participate in functionality, integration, and user acceptance testing

Requirements
- Familiarity with the financial services industry

- Demonstrated success as a Change Analyst
- Familiarity with end-to-end software development life cycles (SDLC)
