About the role

  • Work on Enhancement and Support projects for the Product.
  • Support FIS solutions and ensure the quality and utilization of FIS products satisfy client needs.
  • Recreate, document client issues, and troubleshoot problems to support product quality.

Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years of Strong experience in Tandem COBOL.
  • Good experience in SQL Language.
  • Experience in documenting SOPs to support daily operations.
  • Good communication with Interpersonal skills.
  • Good to have: Experience in Agile Scrum Methodology.
  • Experience in Tandem, PathWay, TACL.
  • Experience in the C/C++/JAVA/OSS.
