About the role

  • Drive new business sales of FIS’ BPaaS solutions
  • Manage large complex BPaaS sales engagements
  • Sell to large Financial Institutions
  • Generate new clients for BPaaS Solutions
  • Align FIS’ BPaaS solutions and services to company strategy
  • Develop relationships with executives through face-to-face and virtual strategic discussions

Requirements

  • History of selling into large banks (3+ years experience in this space)
  • Proven success in identifying, initiating, developing, and closing sales opportunities
  • Must have a career selling Outsourced Solutions, at least one of the following: Item or Remittance Processing, Print and Mail or Card Personalization and Materials supply.
  • Demonstrate successful experience selling complex solutions
  • Experience structuring, negotiating, and closing "deals" that meet customer and FIS’ expectations.
  • Expert negotiation and closing capabilities
  • History of accurately forecasting and pipeline management, as well as, accurate input and consistent updates in a CRM
  • Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner including presentations to all levels of management
