About the role

  • Developing and managing a pipeline of corporate prospects
  • Leading the full sales cycle – from initial outreach to closing – for our Order-to-Cash solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, product, marketing) to craft compelling proposals and client presentations
  • Understanding client needs and aligning FIS solutions to deliver measurable value
  • Negotiating and structuring deals that meet both client expectations and FIS delivery capabilities
  • Contributing to regional sales strategy and go-to-market planning
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B solution sales within receivables / Order to cash solutions
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, particularly in receivables, payments, or treasury
  • Strong experience selling to mid to large corporates across the DACH region
  • Skilled in consultative selling, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client challenges and translate them into tailored solutions
