About the role
- Developing and managing a pipeline of corporate prospects
- Leading the full sales cycle – from initial outreach to closing – for our Order-to-Cash solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, product, marketing) to craft compelling proposals and client presentations
- Understanding client needs and aligning FIS solutions to deliver measurable value
- Negotiating and structuring deals that meet both client expectations and FIS delivery capabilities
- Contributing to regional sales strategy and go-to-market planning
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B solution sales within receivables / Order to cash solutions
- Strong understanding of financial processes, particularly in receivables, payments, or treasury
- Strong experience selling to mid to large corporates across the DACH region
- Skilled in consultative selling, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client challenges and translate them into tailored solutions
