About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The People Engagement Intern will help drive meaningful employee experiences across our global teams.
- Collaborate across different departments, contribute to internal programs, and support initiatives that make FIRST a great place to work.
- Assist in the research, planning, and execution of internal activities, including on-site events, virtual wellness challenges, and global communications through our intranet and other platforms.
- Report to the Engagement Manager, taking on various tasks that enhance workplace culture and foster employee connection.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic
- Confident in engaging with internal stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for helping others with excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working with diverse teams
- Proficient in Microsoft and/or Google Suite
- Experience with Canva (preferred but not required)
- Skilled in Google Sheets/ Excel for creating and updating planning worksheets
