About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the concept development, design, and execution of print and digital assets, including brochures, applications, advertisements, websites, blogs, and other visual communications
  • Translate complex business objectives and messaging into compelling visual content that aligns with brand standards and audience expectations
  • Manage creative projects or small programs with defined scope, resources, and risks, maintaining accountability for outcomes and deliverables
  • Apply best practices and experienced judgment to solve multifaceted creative challenges, adapting approaches to new or changing situations
  • Select and tailor design methods and tools to address initiatives with cross functional considerations or competing priorities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to influence creative direction, recommend solutions, and contribute to collaborative problem solving
  • Ensure brand integrity, quality, and usability across all deliverables by interpreting and applying guidelines in varied contexts
  • Analyze project outcomes, feedback, or trends to identify opportunities for improving creative effectiveness, workflows, or standards
  • Provide guidance, coaching, or review of work for less experienced creative team members to support skill development and quality outcomes
  • Maintain accountability for timelines, resources, and the overall quality of assigned initiatives with minimal day to day oversight.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma strongly preferred
  • Advanced expertise in design principles, branding, visual storytelling, and digital and print production
  • Proven ability to lead complex creative initiatives and adapt established practices to evolving business needs
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous or novel situations
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, including the ability to mentor others and contribute at a senior professional level.
