Key responsibilities & impact

Building new customer-facing features in our booking platform
Creating polished, responsive interfaces with React, Next.js and Tailwind CSS
Prototyping entirely new product ideas
Improving performance, accessibility and user experience
Working alongside Product and Design to solve real customer problems
Building reusable components and evolving our design system
Supporting experiments and A/B testing to improve conversion
Occasionally contributing to our React Native mobile application
Helping improve our engineering practices and AI-assisted development workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript
Experience building applications with Next.js
Excellent frontend engineering fundamentals
A good eye for UI quality and customer experience
Experience working closely with Product and Design teams
Confidence owning features from idea through to production
A pragmatic approach to balancing speed with quality
Bonus points if you’ve worked with: React Native or Expo, E-commerce or marketplace products, Experimentation or A/B testing, GraphQL, Design systems or component libraries, Analytics and customer behaviour tooling
