VP Sales – ANZ

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand
- Managing Sales Managers, Account Management, and RevOps functions
- Improving sales standards, forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline
- Supporting acquisition, retention, and overall restaurant partner performance
- Coaching and developing sales leaders and future talent
- Working alongside Marketing to ensure supply and diner demand stay aligned
- Improving how restaurants are supported across the customer lifecycle
- Contributing to company-wide strategy as part of the Executive Leadership Team
- Building a strong, connected, and high-performing culture across distributed teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant commercial leadership experience within a high-growth business
- Strong sales leadership capability across multiple markets or regions
- Experience leading both acquisition and account management/customer success functions
- Strong operational and Revenue Operations capability
- Comfortable using data, reporting, and CRM systems to improve performance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hospitality, food-tech, SaaS, marketplace, or travel experience would be highly valuable
