Sales Enablement Manager
First TableSales Enablement Manager responsible for building enablement resources at First Table, driving sales performance and supporting BDMs across the UK.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deliver onboarding programs that help new BDMs ramp quickly and confidently.
- Build practical sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and objection-handling resources.
- Drive coaching, capability development, and ongoing sales training across markets.
- Partner with Sales Managers to identify performance gaps and improve consistency across the team.
- Own CRM enablement, reporting standards, dashboards, and sales process improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Ops, Finance, and People teams to improve alignment across the customer journey.
- Track enablement metrics and provide insights on onboarding success, CRM compliance, and sales performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Sales Leadership.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and relationship-based selling.
- Experience building onboarding, coaching, or enablement programs from scratch.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- A commercially minded, collaborative approach with a passion for helping teams perform at their best.
