About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs that help new BDMs ramp quickly and confidently.
  • Build practical sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and objection-handling resources.
  • Drive coaching, capability development, and ongoing sales training across markets.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to identify performance gaps and improve consistency across the team.
  • Own CRM enablement, reporting standards, dashboards, and sales process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Ops, Finance, and People teams to improve alignment across the customer journey.
  • Track enablement metrics and provide insights on onboarding success, CRM compliance, and sales performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Sales Leadership.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and relationship-based selling.
  • Experience building onboarding, coaching, or enablement programs from scratch.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • A commercially minded, collaborative approach with a passion for helping teams perform at their best.
