About the role
- Execute company training programs at the area level.
- Directly manage all trainers within the area.
- Work closely with CX Specialists to monitor candidate progress.
- Partner with local operations and safety teams.
- Ensure all training activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Monitor training delivery and provide ongoing feedback to trainers.
- Plan and allocate training resources effectively.
- Support training sessions as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of management experience, preferably in training or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in transportation, safety, or training operations.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local training regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with training management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel between locations as needed.
