Provide short-term and long-term therapy via virtual sessions.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' presenting concerns to develop targeted treatment plans and facilitate referrals when appropriate.
Follow clinical protocols at all times.
Support client safety by assessing and managing risks related to self-harm or harm to others.
Assess, diagnose, and generate treatment plans to deliver mental health treatment.
Activate appropriate referrals to other care teams or community resources.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for all client interactions within the First Stop Health system.
Stay current with telehealth counseling developments, evidence-based treatment modalities, and emerging interventions.
Requirements
A Master’s Degree in an area of Mental Health (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.)
Active independent licensure in the state of Arkansas. Licensure in 2+ states highly desired!
Interest and ability to provide both short-term and long-term therapy
Strong Interpersonal Skills, with a focus on customer service
Capacity to connect meaningfully with patients during first encounter

Must have high-speed internet and a private confidential workspace free from distraction, disruption or noise that is consistently professional in appearance
