• Find the most promising tech founders in Europe: Take the lead in sourcing high-potential pre-seed startups, running first calls independently, and developing your own conviction about which founders and ideas are truly exciting.
• Gain full exposure to the investment process: Work side-by-side with our investment team through the entire deal flow, from first contact and due diligence to investment committee and closing. You'll play a key role in evaluating opportunities and shaping investment decisions.
• Lead deep-dive research: Explore emerging technologies and market trends every week. Conduct sharp, data-driven analysis and present insights that influence our investment theses and strategic direction.
• Drive impact in portfolio projects: Support our portfolio founders hands-on, from building their go-to-market motion to automating workflows with AI and optimizing operations.
