  • Process and resolve data inquiries by searching and reviewing databases
  • Assist the process team and support new team members
  • Monitor productivity goals and prioritize assignments
  • Collaborate with operations, filing, and process-serving teams to complete assignments within client deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Knowledge of PDF programs
  • Dependable, reliable, and flexible with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Able to take instructions and execute them promptly
  • Available Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Able to work in office in Syosset, New York
