About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and deliver marketing plans for Yorkshire & Humber, North West and Midlands regions, with a priority focus on Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham.
  • Adapt national campaigns for local audiences using market insight, competitor intelligence and sales needs.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all local touchpoints.
  • Act as the marketing partner to regional Directors and teams.
  • Influence commercial planning, pipeline generation, local go to market activity and brand visibility.
  • Facilitate alignment between the central marketing team and the regional business.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, events, outreach and local partnerships.
  • Work closely with central teams to ensure execution quality, targeting and optimisation.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective investment.
  • Monitor KPIs, demand generation, events performance and competitor behaviour.
  • Provide insights to inform national and regional improvements.
  • Share best practice across the wider Regional Marketing team.
  • Support central teams by providing regional insight and customer perspectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in B2B/B2C service-led marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills.
  • Ability to work across complex, multisite environments.
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a shared national approach.
