Coordinate project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, while keeping stakeholders informed of project progress.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard project objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and compliance to facilitate seamless project execution.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects.
Serve as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in project management
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Experience in the auto finance or other financial services industry is preferred
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
