About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deploy, configure and support network infrastructure across multiple client environments
Install, configure and maintain firewall platforms, with Ubiquiti preferred
Support routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs and wireless networking
Troubleshoot complex connectivity and security issues
Work with project and engineering teams to deliver new network deployments
Monitor network health and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Provide technical guidance and clear communication to clients
Create accurate technical documentation and maintain network standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience supporting business network environments
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing and switching
Experience configuring and supporting firewalls
Ubiquiti experience is highly desirable
Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, Palo Alto, Meraki, WatchGuard or other enterprise networking vendors will also be considered
Experience with wireless networking, VPNs and network security
Previous MSP experience will be highly regarded
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for solving problems
Comfortable working late shift to support US-based operations
