- Improve conversion, strengthen forecast discipline, protect customer fit.
- Coach the team, deepen partnership between Sales and Marketing.
- Stay close to key deals and build operating rhythm for sales performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Meaningful B2B sales leadership experience.
- Experience leading a small, high-performing sales team.
- Ability to sell to business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Strong commercial judgement, coaching ability, CRM discipline, and forecasting rigour.
- Technically literate and curious, comfortable with technical services.
