Sales Support Officer
First FocusSales Support Officer aiding Client Services with quoting, procurement, and vendor follow-up in a leading Managed Service Provider. Seeking organized and detail-focused candidates with BPO experience.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Completing service qualifications and checking available options.
- Preparing accurate quotes using MS Excel and ConnectWise Sell.
- Maintaining tickets and updates in ConnectWise Manage.
- Supporting Technical Account Managers with pricing, vendor information and order updates.
- Researching client requirements, previous purchases and preferred vendors.
- Seeking competitive pricing from vendors.
- Confirming stock availability, lead times and order status.
- Placing orders and receiving stock.
- Tracking backorders and following up with vendors.
- Helping ensure quoting, ordering and invoicing details are accurate.
- Supporting provisioning admin for new services and links.
- Escalating delays or issues to the right internal teams.
- Updating internal stakeholders so everyone knows what is happening, which is a small miracle in any business.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of experience in a BPO, technical support, sales support, procurement, coordination or similar environment.
- Strong administration and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with internal teams, vendors and sometimes clients.
- Ability to manage multiple requests at once.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- A willingness to learn and **Never Stop Growing**.
- Experience with procurement, sales administration or order management, desirable but not required.
- Experience with ConnectWise or another ticketing system, desirable but not required.
- MSP or technology industry experience, desirable but not required.
