About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Completing service qualifications and checking available options.
  • Preparing accurate quotes using MS Excel and ConnectWise Sell.
  • Maintaining tickets and updates in ConnectWise Manage.
  • Supporting Technical Account Managers with pricing, vendor information and order updates.
  • Researching client requirements, previous purchases and preferred vendors.
  • Seeking competitive pricing from vendors.
  • Confirming stock availability, lead times and order status.
  • Placing orders and receiving stock.
  • Tracking backorders and following up with vendors.
  • Helping ensure quoting, ordering and invoicing details are accurate.
  • Supporting provisioning admin for new services and links.
  • Escalating delays or issues to the right internal teams.
  • Updating internal stakeholders so everyone knows what is happening, which is a small miracle in any business.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of experience in a BPO, technical support, sales support, procurement, coordination or similar environment.
  • Strong administration and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working with internal teams, vendors and sometimes clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests at once.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • A willingness to learn and **Never Stop Growing**.
  • Experience with procurement, sales administration or order management, desirable but not required.
  • Experience with ConnectWise or another ticketing system, desirable but not required.
  • MSP or technology industry experience, desirable but not required.
