About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive outstanding sales generation and client service through managing, coaching, and guiding Wealth Advisors, Private Bankers, and Wealth Associates in a defined market
  • Create strong collaboration with business partner leaders to grow Yellow Cardinal Advisory Group and Private Client
  • Establish sales goals, define and manage success formulas, and coach and educate business partners
  • Assist with pre-call planning, client/prospect appointments, and post-call debriefs to provide real-time coaching and feedback
  • Develop and implement sales strategies specific to assigned markets
  • Implement and maintain systems infrastructure supporting Wealth and Private Client-facing associates
  • Become proficient in company systems to provide team support
  • Lead Wealth Associates providing day-to-day support to client-facing associates
  • Leverage strengths, identify performance gaps, and provide staff development opportunities
  • Deliver on KPIs with continual improvement to enhance internal and external client experience
  • Manage a team of Wealth Advisors, Private Bankers, and Wealth Associates, including hiring, retention, and ongoing performance management
  • Meet compliance requirements under applicable state and federal law, including BSA, AML, OFAC, suspicious activity reporting, lending, and deposit compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or another related field of study
  • Minimum of 10 years of Financial Services experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of servicing Wealth and Private Clients and investment management client needs
  • Understanding of operational processes and key systems supporting Wealth clients
  • Knowledge and understanding of key performance metrics
  • Relevant experience managing sales and client service teams
  • Ability to achieve high-level results while adhering to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
  • Outstanding leadership and collaborative qualities
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and apply guidelines proficiently
  • Ability to effectively manage team workflow
  • Ability to collaborate with senior and executive roles
  • Ability to manage, hire, retain, and oversee ongoing performance of Wealth Advisors, Private Bankers, and Wealth Associates
  • Ability to sit and work on a computer for long periods
  • Ability to converse with clients
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, and drive
  • Driving as needed
  • Compliance with applicable state and federal laws and First Financial Bank policies
  • Master's degree in Business preferred
  • Advanced designation such as CFP® or ChFC® preferred
