About the role

  • Abstracting, compiling and examining documentation from public records
  • Entering the owners, lienholders, as well as any other parties of interest into our title reporting system

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience searching title using a geographic title plant
  • Solid understanding of title practices and procedures (familiarity with Title Point is a huge plus)
  • High competence in computer applications including full Microsoft Suite (especially MS Excel) and internet searching
  • Comfort with PDF Studio Pro, Adobe Acrobat and a paperless work environment
  • Strong communication skills with reading, writing, speaking and command of the English language
