About the role
- Abstracting, compiling and examining documentation from public records
- Entering the owners, lienholders, as well as any other parties of interest into our title reporting system
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience searching title using a geographic title plant
- Solid understanding of title practices and procedures (familiarity with Title Point is a huge plus)
- High competence in computer applications including full Microsoft Suite (especially MS Excel) and internet searching
- Comfort with PDF Studio Pro, Adobe Acrobat and a paperless work environment
- Strong communication skills with reading, writing, speaking and command of the English language
