About the role
- Proactively source technical candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for engineering roles in Serbia
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, and motivation
- Promote our employer brand through events, hackathons and meet-ups
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout every touchpoint through clarity of process and responsiveness
- Gather and share accurate and detailed feedback on candidates
- Manage candidate data accurately in our ATS (Workable) and keep pipelines up to date
- Coordinate interview scheduling and support candidates throughout the hiring process
- Share market insights and sourcing feedback to continuously improve hiring strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in tech or engineering
- Passion for engineering, fintech, and talent acquisition
- Strong communication skills in English and Serbian (verbal and written)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with metrics-driven work (pipeline tracking, KPIs, time-to-fill)
- Previous experience recruiting engineers in Serbia
- Interest in coding or technology fundamentals to better engage technical candidates
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing platforms e.g. Linkedin, Workable
