About the role

  • - Conduct field visits to meet customers with overdue accounts.
  • - Locate delinquent customers through fieldwork, information gathering, and use of skip tracing tools, databases, and social media.
  • - Negotiate and secure payment plans on-site or over the phone.
  • - Serve demand letters and other legal notices as needed.
  • - Document field activities and submit reports promptly to the Collections team.
  • - Coordinate with Legal for escalations and case preparation when necessary.

Requirements

  • - Must own and operate a motorcycle with a valid driver's license.
  • - Proven collections experience.
  • - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • - Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
  • - Familiarity with local geography and routes within Greater Metro Manila.
  • - Basic computer literacy for online research and reporting.
