About the role
- Use creativity and marketing savvy to help get thousands of books and critical resources to kids in need!
- Build marketing plans and create corresponding digital marketing assets, such as social media creative and email communications.
- Support Program Design & Resource Creation by creating communication campaigns.
- Identify success metrics that ensure funded campaigns accomplish both organizational and partner goals.
- Work alongside brand, corporate and non-profit partnership managers to guide programs from ideation through to impact reporting.
- Drive successful marketing by designing content and campaign elements/assets for multi-channel campaigns.
- Develop and execute communication plans to promote new resources and initiatives through various channels.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, implementing adjustments accordingly, and create reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience in communications or digital marketing required.
- Experience managing performance-oriented paid social media campaigns, such as Meta and/or Google Ads required.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Canva required.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact, or another similar email platform preferred.
- Experience with Word Press preferred.
- Experience with external client/partner relationship management preferred.
