About the role

  • Own the design, integrity, and ongoing improvement of Finance systems, management reporting, and planning processes.
  • Establish standards, controls, and best practices for financial data, reporting structures, and workflows.
  • Oversee the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of monthly, quarterly, and annual internal financial reports.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability of management reporting for senior leadership and operating teams.
  • Develop dashboards and analytical tools that provide insight into performance, trends, and drivers of results.
  • Serve as the Finance lead and subject matter expert for financial systems and data-related initiatives.
  • Lead finance participation in organization-wide IT projects, system implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
  • Partner with IT and external vendors to define requirements, test solutions, and ensure successful adoption.
  • Own the annual operating budget and monthly forecast processes, including timelines, assumptions, models, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate closely with Accounting to support month-end close activities, ensuring alignment between actual results, forecasts, and management reporting.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or financial systems roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and management reporting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial and accounting systems, reporting tools, and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to independently own complex processes and deliver results with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
