About the role

  • Supporting daily treasury operations and corporate programs (credit cards, fleet, merchant services, and travel)
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure efficient operations
  • Processing daily wire transactions ensuring compliance with policies, controls and regulatory requirements
  • Acting as a subject matter expert managing banking applications from an administrative aspect
  • Administering the corporate credit card program
  • Supporting the company travel program by coordinating with travel vendors
  • Creating and maintaining internal forms and documentation

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, banking operations, treasury, or financial services
  • Experience with wire processing and banking platforms administration
  • Experience supporting corporate programs such as credit cards, fleet, travel, or merchant services
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Accounting, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and virtual collaboration tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support productivity
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
