About the role
- Identify, develop, and execute a roadmap for value-focused AI deployment across the organization that delivers meaningful operational and financial impact
- Screen opportunities for AI investments across the company and partner with executive leadership and business divisions to execute high-priority initiatives
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align AI initiatives with strategic goals and customer experience outcomes
- Serve as a connective force across Product, Technology, Operations, and Shared Services to enable collaborative, enterprise-wide AI transformation
- Develop and manage AI program KPIs to measure business impact and adoption
- Partner with HR and Learning & Development to launch AI upskilling and change management programs across the organization
- Ensure AI strategy aligns with data governance, compliance, and internal control standards
- Foster a culture of responsible innovation by aligning AI adoption with organizational values, workforce readiness, and change resilience
Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership experience across enterprise operations, product and technology integration, business transformation, and continuous improvement
- Strong operational grounding with the ability to influence across business lines and corporate functions
- Demonstrated expertise in driving adoption of new ways of working across diverse stakeholder groups
- Skilled in transformation governance, business case development, and performance management
