About the role

  • Join a team that puts its People First! Remote role with preference for candidates in Texas or Florida. Provide strategic oversight and guidance across escrow and title operations. Develop, interpret, and implement policies and procedures. Partner with leaders and teams to organize, prioritize, and execute operational initiatives. Lead recruitment, training, and professional development. Ensure delivery of measurable results by executing OKRs. Drive divisional performance through collaboration, process improvement, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 8+ years of progressive management experience, with proven leadership in complex organizational settings. National Title and Escrow experience a plus. Experience with new construction is a plus.
