About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Demonstrate a support in coordination with the team in handling various activities of administration in the company.
  • Well versed with office infrastructural equipment, office management and any kind of back office support.
  • Monitoring, tracking and documenting of assets and inventory
  • Ensuring adherence to statutory compliance - certification, registration under shops and registration act, re-registration, building compliance checks, due diligence reports, etc.
  • Keep a check/ keep a track of the vendors and maintain a repository of plausible vendors to replace non-performing vendors if any
  • Setting up required quality service standards in accordance to FAI policies and statutory norms
  • Effectively manage all escalations in-line with FAI norms
  • Monitor and drive quality assurance across multiple projects to ensure compliance to FAI norms and standards
  • Driving sustainable continuous improvement effort
  • Responsible for driving automation and analytics across different workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3-5 of experience
  • Any Bachelors degree
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Basic Excel Skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
