About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Demonstrate a support in coordination with the team in handling various activities of administration in the company.
- Well versed with office infrastructural equipment, office management and any kind of back office support.
- Monitoring, tracking and documenting of assets and inventory
- Ensuring adherence to statutory compliance - certification, registration under shops and registration act, re-registration, building compliance checks, due diligence reports, etc.
- Keep a check/ keep a track of the vendors and maintain a repository of plausible vendors to replace non-performing vendors if any
- Setting up required quality service standards in accordance to FAI policies and statutory norms
- Effectively manage all escalations in-line with FAI norms
- Monitor and drive quality assurance across multiple projects to ensure compliance to FAI norms and standards
- Driving sustainable continuous improvement effort
- Responsible for driving automation and analytics across different workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3-5 of experience
- Any Bachelors degree
- Effective Communication skills
- Basic Excel Skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
