About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Build and manage Salesforce Flows including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing functionality, and translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in solution design discussions, customer review calls, status updates, and technical query resolution.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Provide production support, including incident management, bug fixes, root cause analysis, data fixes, and hotfixes.
- Monitor application performance and ensure reliability, availability, security, and scalability.
- Follow Salesforce coding, security, and performance best practices.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Leverage AI-powered tools such as Agentforce AI, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to improve development productivity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and external system integrations.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, data model, and performance optimization.
- Experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and deployments.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder preferred.
- Exposure to Agentforce AI and AI-based development tools.
- Experience with Jira, Service First, or similar ticketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of DocuSign user management, document management, and configuration.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and working in agile delivery teams.
