About the role

  • Support exciting projects in food production
  • Design technical processes that are efficient, safe and future-oriented
  • Plan, organize and implement technical projects from preparation through successful execution in production
  • Monitor schedules, costs and quality requirements
  • Work closely with various departments and external partners
  • Oversee areas such as maintenance, energy and automation technology, refrigeration systems, and building services engineering
  • Contribute improvements to existing processes and optimize workflows

Requirements

  • Completed technical training (e.g., electrician, electrical technician or mechatronics technician)
  • Ideally further qualified as a certified technician or master craftsman (Techniker/Meister)
  • Some initial experience in an industrial environment — experience in food production is a plus but not required
  • Passion for technology and enjoyment of taking responsibility and driving initiatives independently
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style
