  • Summary: We’re rapidly growing around the globe and we’re excited to add to the team! This visible role will be the go-to partner for all things related to the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding - and will own initiatives that enhance engagement, learning, and performance.
  • This role combines hands-on program buildout and management with data-driven insights to ensure our People and Talent strategies, initiatives, and feedback mechanisms are effective, scalable, and aligned with our business goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a People Ops generalist in a high-growth, global start-up environment, specifically in employee experience, learning and development, and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle; best practices are great but creative, out-of-the-box solutions-oriented thinking is better!
  • Exceptional project management and reporting skills with superb attention to detail
  • Demonstrated skills in content creation, including design tools and clear, engaging writing
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (speaking, writing) with the intuitive ability to build trust and influence across all levels
  • Team player with a scrappy win together mindset adaptable to change and ambiguity
  • Must be able to work partial APAC hours
  • Preference if you speak either Japanese or Mandarin
