About the role

  • Develop detailed assembly work instructions based on CAD designs to ensure precise spacecraft integration
  • Perform hands-on spacecraft integration in a cleanroom environment, supporting the full lifecycle of vehicle build
  • Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and product quality
  • Drive the completion and management of spacecraft manufacturing documentation to ensure compliance and traceability
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and ensure timely delivery of lower-level hardware to the cleanroom
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute off-site environmental testing and launch campaigns, ensuring spacecraft readiness

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
  • 02 years of professional experience (internships, co-ops, or high-level academic projects count)
  • Experience with CAD software (NX preferred) and basic manufacturing documentation
  • Exposure to hardware build, integration, or test activities through internships, research labs, or student projects
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced cleanroom environment
  • Internship or project experience with spacecraft, launch vehicles, CubeSats, or similar hardware (Desired)
  • Familiarity with cleanroom protocols or aerospace quality standards (AS9100) (Desired)
  • Experience supporting environmental testing (Desired)
  • Exposure to ERP or manufacturing tracking systems (Desired)
  • Familiarity with GEVS or similar aerospace testing standards (Desired)
