About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Tackle the highest-leverage problem on the board, whatever it is that week
- Ship across the stack - backend, infra, tooling, and occasionally frontend

- Own hard, cross-cutting problems that don't fit neatly on any one team
- Raise the bar on reliability and developer experience platform-wide
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years across full-stack or platform engineering
- You're a strong generalist who's shipped across many parts of a system
- You thrive on variety and ambiguity and pick new things up fast
- You default to action and finish what you start
- You're the person teammates come to when something's on fire
- Must already be authorized to work in the US or our eligible remote-hire regions. We're not able to sponsor visas right now, though that may change down the line.
