About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Talk to customers constantly — running 15-25 customer conversations a week — discovery calls, user interviews, onboarding sessions, churn conversations
- Find the insights that change priorities by synthesizing customer feedback into actionable product recommendations
- Own customer discovery for new product surfaces — mapping landscape and validating product direction
- Be the voice of the customer in all product conversations, ensuring user context drives decisions
- Close the feedback loop after shipping products based on customer research
- Create content from customer conversations that assists marketing and product positioning
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in product research, customer discovery, technical PM, or founder-level product work — with demonstrated results
- US Citizenship/Visa required
- Ex-founder energy
- Genuinely technical
- Exceptional communicator
- Executor, not theorist
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
