Key responsibilities & impact

Own the billing lifecycle end to end: Invoicing, collections, subscription management, credits, refunds, and disputes.
Build revenue dashboards that provide real-time visibility into revenue, usage, churn, and expansion.
Run procurement and vendor operations: Manage subscriptions, contracts, and renewals. Negotiate terms.
Own operational compliance: Operate SOC 2, GDPR, and similar compliance workflows.
Support enterprise deal operations: Handle operational aspects of enterprise deals.
Use AI to improve workflows and automate repetitive ops work.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in revenue operations, billing operations, or growth ops at a SaaS or usage-based company
Comfortable owning the billing lifecycle including invoicing, collections, subscription management, credits, refunds, and disputes
Can build dashboards from raw data; SQL or equivalent is a plus
Has operated compliance at the operational level with SOC 2, GDPR, or similar frameworks
Uses AI daily to automate reporting, questionnaires, and repetitive ops work
Experience with usage-based pricing and enterprise deal support is a plus
