Own the self-serve affiliate program end to end: onboarding, tracking, payouts.
Identify Firestarters who could become Ambassadors and Ambassadors who drive affiliate revenue.

Requirements

3+ years in community, DevRel, or creator partnerships
Experience with creator, influencer, or developer communities. You've worked directly with creators or community members before — ideally in a developer or technical context.
High agency and clear communication. You don't wait for permission or perfect instructions. You see what needs to happen and you do it.
Comfortable using AI tools to multiply your output. You use tools like Claude, n8n, or whatever gets the job done to move faster than one person should be able to.
